The PaceMarkers Association consists of all parents or guardians of Pace Brantley School students. It is the mission of the PaceMarkers to augment the campus facilities, when possible, and to support and enrich the educational, emotional, and social needs of our entire Pace Brantley School community.
The purpose of the PaceMakers is to coordinate fundraising and other fun activities to provide Pace Brantley School with additional resources for various programs, projects and activities.
The fundraising efforts include: gift wrap sales, book fairs, cheesecake, cookie dough and pizza sales, and a Spring Gala that includes a silent auction as well as a live auction.
PaceMakers also participate in the Albertson's Community Partners program. Proceeds from the fundraising activities help support Pace Brantley School by underwriting field trips for students, supporting the high school prom, installing a sound system in the new library, and assisting in raising funds for campus-wide projects such as an indoor gymnasium building. The PaceMakers coordinate and arrange for donations toward our semi-annual Pace Pride Days - days set aside to beautify the campus.
Some of our fun activities include: A family picnic, Fall Festival, fall, holiday, and friendship day parties among other things.
PaceMakers also have a staff appreciation committee that provides small tokens of appreciation to all staff on a monthly basis, as well as pre- and post-planning luncheons. PaceMakers support staff development and sponsor parent/staff meetings with guest speakers, such as developmental optometrists and psychologists.
