·        September 17, 2009 is PBHS open house.  If room parents and coordinators are still needed at that time, sign-up sheets will be placed in classrooms.  Currently, room parents and coordinators are mostly needed at the elementary level as the middle and high school level are nearly all covered.

The Pacemaker budget was discussed.  See attached for breakdown.

Pacemaker funded programs have included an audio system for the classrooms as well as a new basketball court.  Pacemakers continue to provide funds for field trips and class parties as well as allocating funds to various departments.  Currently, the school has requested funding towards the purchase of the laptops that were previously mentioned.   The amount is yet to be determined as a final amount has not been submitted from the school.

Poppy Steiner has been working on the Pacemaker Bylaws.  She was not present at this meeting to discuss.  The amendments will be posted and voted on at a later date.
